We are looking for a talented and driven Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our fast paced and creative PR team.

The successful candidate will work with prestigious brands across a wide of clients including consumer, food and drink and corporate/B2B clients.

This is a role for those who don’t want to be pigeon-holed into one discipline or sector and who thrive on fast-paced diversity. We are looking for someone who will relish taking a strong role in implementing strategy, leading campaigns with natural ease, advising and consulting on high level areas while taking responsibility for overall KPIs being met and exceeded.

As an Account/Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with senior members of the team in order to learn and grow your skill set and expertise. A can-do, proactive and positive attitude is a must, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Areas of responsibility: Managing a portfolio of accounts withing the B2B & B2C space on a day-to-day basis Be the key point of contact for clients Responsible for understanding where all activity sits on an account at any moment in time Providing commentators and products or company information to a wide range of media Building relationships with existing and new clients Building relationships with key media contacts that go beyond traditional media offerings to include podcasts and broadcast Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutions and being the key point of contact Dealing with media, speaking to journalists and other members of the press Providing innovative and creative ideas to clients that drive results Briefing clients and updating them on campaigns Analysing PR coverage and providing clear written reports that show the value of the campaign Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders New business support – research, developing proposals and presenting to prospective clients Managing a high level of client interactions

Skills/Experience we require:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in PR preferably within FMCG and corporate comms Stellar media relations skills and a ‘hands on’ approach to journalist outreach A proven track record managing clients at C-suite level and junior team members Exceptional and efficient written ability under pressure.

Proven experience in creating a range of range of media materials and feature responses across both trade and consumer and ability to provide constructive guidance to more junior members Experience of autonomously managing projects from start to finish, with positive results Understanding of the synergies between PR and Digital/Social Media campaigns An eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately A can-do attitude from proactively suggesting campaign ideas, to selling in stories, to advising junior members on how to exceed KPIs A desire to learn – and be part of a learning culture
