Account Manager - Student Accommodation

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing operation, managing key client relationships and overseeing maintenance contracts across London.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of Student Accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing key client relationships.
Overseeing maintenance contracts and service delivery.
Holding weekly client meetings and providing regular updates.
Managing subcontractors and obtaining quotations for Schedule of Rates (SOR) work.
Coordinating maintenance requirements and ensuring works are completed efficiently.
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue.
Taking full ownership of client management and account performance. 

Client Portfolio & Opportunities

Managing a substantial client portfolio, with individual account opportunities valued at £1m.
Working with established clients across London.
Opportunities within the residential rental and property management sectors.
Supporting a growing 365-day maintenance operation. 

What We Offer

£45,000 basic salary.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in student accommodation/facilities management.
Strong account management and client relationship skills.
Experience managing maintenance contracts.
Confidence dealing with subcontractors and obtaining competitive quotations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
