Account Manager - Software Consultancy | Newcastle | Hybrid | Up to £60,000 + Bonus

A growing and dynamic Software Consultancy is seeking a personable, driven Account Manager to join their Newcastle Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in nurturing and expanding client relationships within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a client-facing Account Management (or similar) role within the SaaS or Software Development space, who is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Developing tailored account strategies and staying closely aligned with client needs and challenges.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and value-added propositions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a client-facing Account Management role (or similar) within the software industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of fee structures and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of overcoming objections and influencing decision-makers through strong negotiation skills.
