Account Manager - Up to £35-40k OTE

Location: Henfield (Must drive and have access to a car)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Full-time, office-based role)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Permanent

• Be the go-to contact for your customers - answering questions, solving problems and building trust
• Manage the inbox and respond promptly and professionally to enquiries
• Attend regular sales meetings and contribute ideas to the team strategy
• Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects
• Build strong, lasting client relationships that promote loyalty
• Represent the company at trade shows and events

• A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people
• A naturally proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Some experience in sales or a customer-facing role (or the ambition and drive to learn quickly)
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (due to office location)
