Job Description - Account Manager/Director

â¢ Own and manage sales growth and profitability for assigned accounts.

â¢ Orchestrate internal resources across marketing, GTM, retail, commercials, and supply chain to achieve sales targets and account growth.

â¢ Identify and develop synergistic opportunities to deepen account partnerships.

â¢ Cement senior stakeholder engagements and foster broader collaboration between OPPO and client organizations.

â¢ Develop strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term success.

â¢ Maintain a hands-on, results-oriented approach, solving problems with agility and creativity.

Requirements

â¢ Experience: Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably within technology or related industries.

â¢ Mindset: Open-minded, professional, and results-driven with a natural drive to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

â¢ Skills: Strong influencing and leadership abilities to inspire, challenge the status quo, and drive change.

â¢ Tech-savviness: A passion for technology and the ability to articulate the innovation and differentiation of the products.

â¢ Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, forging strong partnerships with senior stakeholders.

â¢ Collaboration: Capability to orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of account strategies.
