Account Reconciliation Manager

Goldhawk Associates is partnering with a leading Kent business to recruit an Account Reconciliation Lead on a fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll head up a small team and take charge of a high-profile project to resolve aged debt across high-value accounts. You’ll work closely with commercial teams, funders, and internal finance to drive resolutions, boost cash collection, and improve reporting accuracy.

Key duties:

• Lead and deliver a complex reconciliation project across high-volume accounts
• Manage and support a small team
• Liaise with funders, credit control, and commercial teams to clear balances
• Identify issues, gather evidence, and process ledger adjustments
• Report on trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and experience managing reconciliations and stakeholder relationships.
