Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for Permanent Account Relationship Manager (All Levels: Standard to Senior), joining our client's Head Office in Darlington. This role is Office Based (Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation).

They offer two progression levels within this role:
Across both roles, you'll play a vital part in managing and growing employer accounts, supporting learner journeys, and identifying new opportunities to add value. You'll join a high-performing, supportive team working with SMEs to drive successful apprenticeship experiences.
As you progress, you'll take on increased ownership, strategic input, and account complexity - with each level offering clear development and increased earning potential.

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (OTE £42,000 - £45,000) DOE.
