Tina Lacey Recruitment is partnering with a leading "Outstanding" Training Provider in the skills and employability sector, seeking enthusiastic Account Relationship Managers at all levels to join their dynamic team in Darlington!

With clear progression from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities and earning potential.

Your Role, Your Impact:

• Account Manager: You'll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and identifying avenues for growth within a portfolio of SME accounts. Your focus will be on achieving 4+ apprenticeship starts per month while supporting learner success.
• Senior Account Manager: You'll be a leader in account management, taking ownership of more complex relationships and proactively identifying strategic opportunities. Your expertise will guide junior team members and contribute to overall team success, with a target of 5+ apprenticeship starts per month.

Key to Your Success:

• Proactively managing and growing relationships with SME employers.
• Serving as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for progressions, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and support learners.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive team culture.
