We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage financial operations for the property department. The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the department.

Description

• Manage financial records and transactions related to property management.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor the performance of financial operations.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement strategies.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Participate in financial standard setting and forecast process.

Profile

A successful Property Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role within the transport & distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
