Accountant

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic Accountant with strong experience who is looking for a responsible role to join a growing local Company where there will be plenty of opportunity to contribute to the future success of the organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Overseeing the day to day management of the financial and management accounts function

- Administering the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledger to trial balance level

- Controlling cash flow, reconciling bank statements and approving all expenditure

- Calculating, producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and online payments to HMRC

- Producing monthly management accounts and variance to budget reports

- Preparing annual accounts, producing budgets and advising Directors on business strategies
