Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and implement robust financial policies and processes.
• Collaborate with senior management in financial planning and decision making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
