Accountant

Incredible opportunity for an Accountant to join a well-established, multi-site firm of Chartered Accountants, at their office based in Elland.

Long-established, this firm prides itself on excellent training and support, helping you to progress your career and gain well-rounded experience as an Accountant.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for a variety of clients.
• Preparation of management accounts to be sent to clients.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Bookkeeping duties when required.
• Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.

To be applicable for this Accountant role, ideally you should meet the following:

• Be studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA
• Have minimum 2+ years’ experience working as an Accountant in an Accountancy firm.
• Feel comfortable liaising with clients and working towards ownership of your own portfolio of clients.
