Accountant

We are working with an incredible, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ilkley, who are seeking an Accountant to join their existing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing firm, enabling you to work with a wide range of clients from a variety of industries, keeping your work life varied and interesting.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Preparation of Corporation & Personal Tax Returns.
• Preparation of bookkeeping and VAT returns.
• Management Account preparation.

To qualify for this Accountant position, ideally you should meet the following:

• Will have a minimum of 3 years’ Practice experience in an accountancy firm, having worked as an Accountant.
• Feel comfortable and confident contacting clients and building relationships and supporting junior members of the team.
• Suitable for someone who is AAT qualified or part way through ACA/ACCA
