* Mentor junior team members or interns, providing guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies related to financial management.
* Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

* Proven experience working with various accounting software.
* Strong understanding of financial services and financial management principles.
* Proficiency in financial accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting.
