The Role
The Accountant will join a dynamic and supportive team based near Yeovil. This is a varied and client-facing role, ideal for someone with a couple of years of accountancy experience looking to progress their career. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, submitting VAT and Self-Assessment returns, managing Corporate Tax and Payroll, and handling client queries across Tax and Accounts.

What’s Required?
The ideal Accountant candidate will have:

• Being AAT qualified, or equivalent, is a must

• A background working within an accountancy practice, with hands-on experience supporting a variety of clients.

• Solid understanding of current tax legislation and relevant accounting standards

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and a proactive approach to solving problems.
