This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a thriving Business, Finance, and Management department, supporting learners across Levels 2 to 4.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Accounting, Finance, and Business programmes from Levels 2 to 4.
• Create and develop effective teaching resources, schemes of work, and assessments that align with curriculum standards.
• Provide tailored academic support, mentoring, and feedback to enable learners to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to curriculum design, internal verification, tracking of student progress, and department meetings.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that meets the needs of a diverse student population.

• A relevant degree or professional Accounting qualification (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
• A recognised teaching qualification or a willingness to achieve one.
• Prior experience teaching Accounting or related Business subjects, ideally in a Further Education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A learner-focused approach with a commitment to promoting success, engagement, and progression.
