This is a brilliant role for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses, leading client relationships, and delivering tailored financial and advisory solutions.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, people-first team that values initiative, insight, and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring timely delivery of financial reporting and advisory services
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their financial position and make informed decisions
• Lead and support a small team, reviewing work, offering guidance, and encouraging professional development
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes, implement cloud-based solutions, and add value beyond compliance
• Stay informed on relevant accounting standards and legislation, applying this knowledge to client work
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless client experience
