Accounting Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role within our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including the maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
