Accounting Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role within our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage the monthly closing processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
