Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
