Are you an organised and proactive finance professional looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact within a well-established SME?
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting / Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting the smooth running of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and long-established organisation, working closely with senior leadership across finance, administration and business operations.

What You'll Be Doing
β Managing the day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
β Processing invoices, banking transactions and reconciliations
β Preparing non-statutory management accounts and supporting budgeting activities
β Producing financial reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel
β Managing office administration and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
β Supporting business planning and development initiatives
β Liaising with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
β Maintaining accurate financial records and strong financial controls
β Researching opportunities and identifying ways to improve business processes
β Providing administrative and operational support across the wider business
What We're Looking For
π‘ AAT Level 3 qualification or above (desirable)
π‘ Strong experience within an accounts or finance role
π‘ Previous bookkeeping and financial management experience
π‘ Strong experience using Xero (desirable)
π‘ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
π‘ Experience working within an SME environment
π‘ Previous office management or business administration experience
π‘ Excellent organisational and communication skills
π‘ A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
