What you'll do:

• Process loan disbursements & activations - ensure payments are accurate.
• Manage commission calculations & data entry - enter, update, and maintain financial records related to loans and commissions.
• Perform reconciliations & accuracy checks - identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Use advanced Excel skills - generate reports, analyse trends, and support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams in Australia - work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Support.

Must-haves:

• Collaborative and eager to learn.
• Keen to find new ways of doing things - we don’t want a robot!
• Action-oriented and adaptable
• An understanding of accounting or finance (ACA / ACCA or working towards, 1-2 years of experience)
• Confidence with Excel (pivot tables, formulas like vlookup, macros)
