We're working with an established organization that's looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead an experienced accounting team while overseeing key financial operations. You'll have the opportunity to mentor others, improve workflows, strengthen internal controls, and help shape the future of the finance function.

​​What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring an accounting team, providing guidance, support, and coaching.


• Ensuring day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly and accurately.


• Reviewing financial information, supporting month-end and year-end activities, and helping maintain strong financial controls.


• Looking for smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes and workflows.


• Partnering with leaders across the business to provide financial support and solve problems.


• Supporting the organization's ERP system and helping optimize financial processes.

What you'll bring:

• Five or more years of accounting experience


• Leadership or supervisory experience


• Experience with cost accounting and indirect taxes


• ERP experience (SAP is an asset)


• CPA designation (or working toward one) is an asset


• French/English bilingualism
