Accountancy Technician/ Part Qualified Accountant

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a long established and busy Accountancy Practice based in the South Down Area.

Due to a long-standing member of staff moving on, an exciting new opportunity has opened for a Qualified by Experience Bookkeeper/ Accounting Technician to join this highly reputable organisation, with a supportive team in place.

Job Duties:

• Preparation of year end accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders/ Partnerships
• Assist senior accountants with workflow daily
• Assisting with corporate and Personal Tax returns
• Preparation of tax returns for both UK and ROI clients

What you will Need:

• Ability to prepare accounts, financial statements, VAT and TAX returns
• Work quickly under tight deadlines
• 3+ years’ experience working within a similar role
• Accountancy Practice experience preferable
• Accounting Technician/ Part Qualified qualification preferable
