Accounts Administrator

Orbex is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the Finance department. You will be well organised and comfortable working in a busy accounts payable function.
We are looking for someone with proven experience working in an accounts team, ideally with experience working in multiple currencies and long term ambitions for growth and development with the company.  Any experience working with engineering/manufacturing companies would be desirable.

Based in Forres, you will be right in the heart of this fast-paced cutting-edge company, gaining a unique insight into what it takes to build a new launch vehicle for a buoyant commercial market.

The Position

As an Accounts Administrator your duties will include:

• Co-ordinating with Treasury & Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and in line with month end deadlines.
• Acting as point of contact for all supplier queries along with managing the Finance email inbox daily.
• Processing invoices in various currencies
• Matching purchase invoices to POs
• Recording staff expenses
• Taking responsibility for the debtors & creditors ledgers, and ensuring accuracy of postings.
• Checking supplier statements
• Posting all payments and reconciling several bank accounts in various currencies monthly.
• Pleo / credit card postings
