Accounts Administrator

My Wednesbury based client is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join their busy Accounts Team on a permanent basis.

The role will suit someone with a background in office administration, who is keen to take on the duties required to support a busy finance department. We would also like to hear from individuals who are wishing to start their career within a commercial enterprise, or change career into an office environment.

Duties will include:

- monitoring credit limits and gathering information to set up new accounts

- ensuring customer information is up to date

- collating documentation to assist customers in their payments

- generating reports on debtor levels and transactional activity

- dealing with credit note requests and monitoring order releases

- assisting the team with any ad hoc needs during busy periods
