We're currently working with a professional business based in Burford, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual keen to gain hands-on experience in a finance function .

Key responsibilities include:
. Responding to broker queries via phone and email, and directing them to the appropriate teams
. Monitoring the accounts inbox and ensuring timely responses
. Posting incoming broker payments and performing daily reconciliations
. Processing daily claims payments and managing associated queries
. Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debt collection
. Communicating with brokers to resolve payment discrepancies
. Supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
. Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
