Manpower is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in York, one of the UK's largest independent accident repair groups, for a Sales Invoicing Administrator to join their team in York on an 15-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

The Role

As a Sales Invoicing Administrator, you will play a key role within the invoicing team, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent support to internal stakeholders and customers.

The package:

FTC for 18 Months
Monday to Friday (This is a fully office-based role)
Location: York YO41
Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
Salary on offer: £26,436.80 per annum
22 days holidays plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

Preparing invoices using a bespoke bodyshop management system
Managing invoicing queries via telephone and email
Liaising with Vehicle Damage Assessors regarding claims and invoicing matters
Ensuring invoicing lists and total loss lists are cleared daily
Providing administrative support as required by the Invoicing Team Leader
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of attention to detail
