Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be supporting our client, a national award-winning Top 100 firm that are now in a position to offer to market a unique opportunity for a highly ambitious and experienced accounts and audit professional to join the firm in the capacity of director or partner.

Role Requirements -
This position will sit within the SLT and take ownership for a £500k+ portfolio of audit and non-audit clients, predominantly large and complex owner managed businesses.
As well as taking the lead in the delivery of a range of audit and accounting services to the existing client base, this role will very much be at the forefront of further developing the firm's audit offering in London, and consequently growing the team to meet the demand.

Person Requirements -
ACA or ACCA qualified holding Audit RI status (essential) with significant experience working for a prominent UK based Top 100 firm in a multi-faceted accounts and audit position at an Associate Director, Director or Partner level.
Proven acumen of developing and attracting new client business as well as maximising existing client service offerings.
Excellent leadership, client relationship, and business development skills.
Commercially minded, and technically strong leader who thrives on autonomy and influence.
