What Youâll Be Doing
⢠Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio
⢠Supervising and mentoring audit and accounts team members, ensuring high standards
⢠Reviewing working papers, financial statements and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
⢠Overseeing workloads, running regular team meetings and reporting progress to senior leadership
⢠Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders â the key contact for audit and accounting
⢠Monitoring budgets and delivering audit findings with practical recommendations
Requirements
What Weâre Looking For
⢠ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong experience within an accountancy practice
⢠A track record of managing audit projects and leading teams
⢠Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102 and UK GAAP)
⢠Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
⢠Confident, organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
⢠A full UK driving licence (for occasional travel when required)
