We are recruiting for an Accounts and Audit Semi Senior to join a respected independent accountancy practice based in Mid Kent, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000.

The Role: This is a mixed accounts and audit position with exposure to a wide range of clients across various sectors.

You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts
• Assisting with audit fieldwork (planning to completion)
• Preparing corporation tax computations
• Supporting client bookkeeping and management accounts
• Working closely with managers, partners, and clients
• Reviewing work of junior staff and providing guidance
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• AAT qualified, ACA/ACCA part-qualified, or qualified by experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK practice
• Exposure to audit and accounts preparation
• Strong IT skills – ideally experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
