Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior

TPF Recruitment are proud to be representing a growing and
highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Poole that is looking to
recruit an Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior as part of its continued expansion.

• Preparing
  statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
  
• Assisting
  with the preparation of management accounts.
  
• Preparing
  corporation tax computations and returns.
  
• Completing
  VAT returns and bookkeeping reviews where required.
  
• Maintaining
  regular communication with clients and providing day-to-day support.
  
• Assisting
  with a small number of audit assignments and audit fieldwork.
  
• Supporting
  senior team members with ad hoc assignments and client projects.
  
• Ensuring
  work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Have
  experience working within a UK accountancy practice environment.
  
• Be
  studying towards, or qualified in, AAT, ACA or ACCA (or be qualified by
  experience).
  
• Have
  experience preparing accounts for a variety of clients.
  
• Possess
  strong organisational and communication skills.
  
• Be
  confident building relationships with colleagues and clients.
  
• Have
  a proactive and positive approach to learning and professional
  development.
  
• Audit experience is not required. Full support and training
  will be provided for any audit work involved in the role.
