Job Description - Accounts and Office Administrator

Accounts and Office Administrator | Tipton | Permanent| Office Based | Salary circa £25,000

Are you looking to kickstart your career in accounting and office administration?

Do you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment?

The Company

Seymour John are exclusively working with a growing and reputable business in the Tipton area. As they continue to expand, they’re now looking for a motivated Accounts and Office Administrator to join their small, friendly finance team.

The Opportunity

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with purchase and sales ledger processing
  • Supporting credit control and cash book management
  • Helping to prepare financial reports and assist with year-end audits
  • Handling general office administration - answering phones, ordering supplies etc
  • Learning core business processes and gaining hands on experience with accounting systems
