Accounts & Outsourcing Manager – West End, London – Music & Entertainments Firm

Are you a Manager with experience in the music and entertainment sectors Do you want to work with some of the biggest names in music

Our client specialises in the entertainment industry and more specifically the music industry. They cover a wide range of clients, some performing in the largest international stadiums and others in intimate local venues. Amongst their client base are many household names, meaning that a lot of the work you will be conducting will be with HNWIs. Their largest clients have annual turnovers of £30m. Many of their clients come by referrals due to their reputation within the market and as such, the firm has enjoyed a steady period of growth.

Accounts & Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:

• Reviewing external client deliverables and internal quality control processes
• Reviewing quarterly compliance deliverables including VAT returns and year end information to our accounts team
• Communicating with 3rd parties (external & internal) to ensure quarterly reporting and accounting deadlines are met
• Cashflow forecasts and cash positions
• Liaising with high profile clients and who might be high net worth individuals
• Liaising with Music Agencies and Management
• WIP and billing

As an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in bookkeeping, management accounting in the production of management information and through to final trial balance for year-end statutory accounts preparation
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
