Description

Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Assist with the process of payments and transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
• Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and month end procedures
• Prepare and process employee expenses
• Handling customer and supplier queries
• Maintaining financial records
• Adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant position
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong numerical skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication
• AAT qualifications / actively studying towards
• Able to commute to our client's office in Nottingham
