Accounts Assistant

Are an industry leaderwho provider of outsourced storage and solutions with over 30 years'experience. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join in a newlycreated role.

Your new role
As theAccounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable and supportingthe wider finance team.

• Processand manage a invoices.
• Reconcilepurchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepareand process payment runs
• Maintainsupplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Accuratelycode bank transactions into the business accounts
• Reconcilerecords with the bank
• Supporton other ad hoc duties like payroll

What you'll need to succeed
You willhave:

• End toend accounts payable experience.
• Excellentcommunications skills (written and verbal).
• Excellentattention to detail and organisational skills.
• Beproficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
