Accounts Assistant

FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a fantastic business based in Rugby. This business is growing at a rapid rate and it's an excellent time to be joining them!

Duties Will Include

• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring attention to detail.
• Set up new supplier accounts, collecting required information and approvals.
• Assist Purchasing in monitoring and controlling price variances and additional fees.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve differences.
• Support the Sales Order process and daily cash flow forecast.
• Assist in inventory investigations and full year-end stock counts.
• Complete month-end responsibilities, including journal posting, cost reviews, and stock management.
• Support timely production of month-end management reports for key stakeholders.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to ensure compliance with financial regulations and controls.
