What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements, resolving discrepancies
• Bank reconciliations, processing payments & purchase orders
• Raising sales invoices and generating credit notes
• Processing employee expenses, maintaining accurate petty cash records
• Liaising with retail outlets to ensure accurate financials
• Supporting the Finance Team

What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?

• Relevant accounts experience account reconciliations and double-entry postings
• High attention to detail with the ability to input data quickly and accurately
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AAT qualified
• Clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
