We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a close-knit finance team. You will support the Senior Finance Assistant in preparing year-end accounts, maintaining multi-currency cashflows, and handling customer and supplier accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in year-end accounts preparation
• Manage multi-currency cashflows, payments, and reconciliations
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Arrange and oversee multi-currency bank payments
• Maintain and reconcile financial spreadsheets
• Assist on the purchase and sales ledger transactions

Key Skills & Attributes:

• AAT 3 qualified or equivalent experience in a finance related role.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Excel is essential
