Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Windsor

Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Printing out incoming invoices and processing sales invoices
• Logging accounts payable and updating accounts once payment received
• Credit control, including management of accounts receivable ledger, chasing outstanding debtors and answering supplier queries
• Supporting the preparation of the monthly management reports
• Hard copy filing and bank reconciliation
• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Supporting the weekly payroll process
• Expenses - checking receipts and calculating VAT
• Assistance with updating internal processes to drive efficiency's in the finance department
• Point of contact to answer queries from external auditors during the annual audit

What we are looking for:

• Desire to progress with CIMA studies, offered by the company
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks (preferable)
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office
