Description

• Support the Accounting & Finance department in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, ensuring all costs are accurately allocated.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with audits.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve finance-related queries.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations concerning finance.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with other departments.
