Job Description - Accounts assistant

Broster Buchanan are proud to be working with a Educational business based in central Cambridge.

This role is a great role for a Graduate or Junior Finance assistant who is looking for there next move.

The role;
- Invoicing customers
- Entering Internal Department Charges
- Dealing with any queries from internal departments around the invoicing of customers including input into the invoicing and pricing process
-Raise any other invoices
- Any other ad hoc income requests
- Credit Control
- Ensuring compliance with credit terms and cash is collected promptly
- Bank Reconciliations
- Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerks

you;
- Experience working in a finance department
- Calm and able to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to take into account different views or priorities

The general office based working hours for this post are 36.25 hours per week.
