Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Process CIS returns and timesheets for subcontractors
* Assist with end-of-month financial tasks and reporting.
* Reconcile bank accounts across group companies.
* Manage and process purchase invoices
* Prepare supplier payment runs for review and approval.
* Intercompany transactions
* Query resolution
* Company expenses

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Solid experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable Clerk wanting to progress
* Confident handling CIS
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
