Accounts Assistant

LGS Vision Recruitment are currently supporting a modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants with an Internal Accounts Assistant position.

Our client is looking for an internal accounts assistant with all round nominal ledger experience to work in our small internal team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to self-manage and will have day to day involvement in the running of the business providing information to decision makers.

Role:

• Daily Bank Account Reconciliations (On Xero)
• Credit control
• Processing of supplier invoices and payments
• Liaising with a small number of suppliers
• Processing of direct debit collections (2-3 per Month)
• Raising of client invoices
• Providing highly confidential administrative support to 4 Directors
• Ad-hoc reporting to Managers
• Maintaining and ensuring the effective running of the company wellbeing policy
• Supervising and providing support to an Administrator
• General administrative duties including ordering equipment and supplies, reviewing supplier costs, and ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Occasional assistance at client events

Package:

• £30,000 - £35,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• 1 day per week WFH, occasionally two days available | 4 days in office
