Job Description - Accounts Assistant

SF Recruitment are currently working with a commercial real estate enterprise based in Central London who are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

The Accounts Assistant supports the Finance Manager and team with daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Create sales invoices and process staff expenses
- Support preparation of financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency
- Sage 50 experience is a plus

Skills:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to work in the office full-time

Start Date: ASAP
