We are a leading recruitment agency currently seeking an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client. This role is perfect for individuals with robust experience in finance, adept at managing financial operations across multiple companies and currencies.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger across multiple companies and currencies.
• Take responsibility for credit control for all companies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to maintain smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts role.
• Strong knowledge of purchase/sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial processes.
• Comfortable working with multi-company and multi-currency accounting.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Sage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team of finance professionals, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
