Accounts Assistant

Search are currently working with an excellent business who are located in Harrogate who are looking for an Accounts Assistant that can join there growing team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to progress their finance career as study support can be offered.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations
• Processing of invoices and checking payments
• Preparing payment runs and payroll
• Dealing with inter company recharges within the business
• Supporting with month end processes including but not limited too prepayments and accruals
• Working alongside other team members as well in particular management accounts
• Dealing with Accounts Receivable Queries

Successful candidate will possess:

• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft proficient
• Worked in a similar role before
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to work as part of a team
