Description

• Primary contact for suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries.
• Daily and weekly KPI reporting
• Supplier Statement Reconciliation
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Month end accruals and prepayments in relation to invoices
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Respond to accounting and finance queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Knowledge of working in a fast paced Purchase Ledger role - Essential
• Experience in managing invoices, reconciliations, and financial records - Essential
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Essential
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks - Essential
• Strong communication skills - Essential
