Accounts Assistant

Accounts Administrator-Magherafelt-Temporary- £13.50+ per hour

Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a local construction company based in the Magherafelt area. Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

This role will be for 4-8 weeks, with possible extension and is offering an immediate start.

Working alongside the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

• Inputting of invoices
• Process payment applications
• Matching delivery dockets to purchase orders
• Transfer of project costing from estimating software to Procore
• Purchase orders
• Updating cost estimates and quotes onto Procore
• General Administration to support the contracts team
• Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Essential Criteria

• Proficiency in administration,
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
