Accounts Assistant – £27,000 to £30,000 – Bottesford (NG13), Office-Based

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a stable, long-term role in a small, supportive team?

A well-established manufacturing and distribution business near Bottesford is looking for a hands-on Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit finance team. Supplying equipment to major events and a wide range of UK-based customers, the company has a turnover of £10m and continues to grow steadily.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a varied and practical accounts role, with a strong focus on credit control, but also covering:

• Purchase ledger processing
• Staff expenses and credit card reconciliations
• General accounts admin and support to the company accountant
• Helping out across the business when needed – it’s a small team where everyone mucks in!

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an all-round accounts role
• Confident using Sage 50
• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Someone who’s content in an Accounts Assistant role – this is a stable position for the long term.
• You live a commutable distance from Bottesford, potentially in Melton Mowbray, Grantham or Bingham.
